De Facto Relationship
Not legally married, but must live together on a genuine domestic basis.
Must have been in the relationship for at least 12 months unless there are compelling circumstances.
Must live together, or have lived together, on a genuine domestic basis. Short separations may be acceptable.

Must show mutual commitment to a shared life, excluding all others.

Prospective Marriage

This visa must be applied for and granted while you are outside Australia.
